We want to motivate our employees to gain more qualifications and thereby advance their own career and development prospects.
To accomplish this, we have created the Fraunhofer Training Program. It offers training in interdisciplinary areas such as personal skills, soft skills, methodological skills and leadership skills. We also support employees in gaining specialist qualifications relevant to Fraunhofer work. They are experts in their respective field, with useful knowledge and experience. We encourage them to use our further training offers to expand and share their expertise.
We offer seminars and e-learning modules to provide much more than just theoretical teaching. We want to ensure that our employees are able to apply what they have learnt directly to their everyday work.
