By car
If arriving on the A8 autobahn to Munich, take it right through to the end and continue along Verdistrasse. Turn right into Meyerbeerstrasse, then left into Landsberger Strasse, and right into Elsenheimer Strasse, which leads over into Hansastrasse. If arriving in Munich on any other autobahn, once you find yourself on the city circular (Mittlerer Ring), follow the signs for “Stadtmitte” (city center); traveling south to north, take the Westend / Heimeranplatz exit and turn left into Hansastrasse at the first traffic lights; traveling north to south, take the Laim / Heimeranplatz exit and turn right into Tübinger Strasse, right again into Dillwächterstrasse, and finally right into Hansastrasse.
By train
From Munich main station: Take U4 or U5 subway (U-Bahn) in the direction of "Laimer Platz" as far as "Heimeranplatz", taking the forward exit. Follow the signs to the Hansastrasse exit.
Journey time: approximately 5 minutes
It is advisable to choose S7 in the direction of "Wolfratshausen" or S27 in the direction of "Deisenhofen" for a barrier-free journey from Munich main station to "Heimeranplatz": elevator to Trappentreustrasse. Turn right and follow Garmischer Strasse. At the cross-way turn right again and follow Hansastrasse.

By air
From Munich airport, take S8 or S1 suburban rail (S-Bahn) line as far as "Karlsplatz Stachus" station, and change to U4 or U5 subway (U-Bahn) as far as "Heimeranplatz", taking the forward exit. Follow the signs to the Hansastrasse exit.
